Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Deepbluework (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

“Deepbluework”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the company operating deepbluework.com. “You” refers to the individual or organisation using the Service.

2. The Service

Deepbluework provides professional business email, calendar, and collaboration tools for organisations that own a custom domain. The Service requires you to have an existing registered domain name — we do not sell or register domain names.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must own or have authorisation to use the domain you configure with the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing messages.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. Pricing and payment

The first user account is free. Additional users are billed at the rate shown on our pricing page. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing date.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Your data

You own your data. We do not claim any rights over emails, contacts, calendar events, or other content you store in the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.

You may export your emails and data at any time. We will provide export tools in standard formats (MBOX for email).

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from service outages.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepbluework is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in that period.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

On termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
