Business email with privacy built in

Run professional email on your own domain — with IMAP and SMTP access, folders, search, and mobile apps. Your mailbox is a business tool, not an advertising surface.

We do not read, scan, or profile your messages for ads. Email content stays on our mail infrastructure for delivery only. TLS protects messages in transit, and your data is never sold to third parties.

Secure Notes

Encrypted notes — zero knowledge by design

Notes are encrypted in your browser before they reach our servers. We store only ciphertext — never your readable content, titles of protected notes, or passwords.

Choose the protection level that fits each note:

• Standard — unlocked with your account password via an encrypted vault key (NEK). Fast everyday notes once the vault is open.
• Password — each note has its own password. The key is derived with Argon2id and is never cached, so the note locks again when you leave it.
• Email password — re-authenticate with your mailbox password to view. Ideal when you want an extra layer tied to your account credentials.

Secure note sharing works only for password-protected notes. When you create a share link, the note is re-encrypted into a self-contained bundle in your browser. Anyone with the link must also enter the note password to decrypt it locally. We never receive the password or plaintext — sharing is end-to-end encrypted, not a copy on our servers.

Forward important mail to Chato.pro

Chato.pro helps teams manage WhatsApp and other messaging channels in one place. If you already use Chato, you can bring business email into the same workflow.

In User settings → Rules, add a Forward to Chato.pro rule: pick the sender domain (for example booking.com), paste your Chato API token and session ID, and matching messages are forwarded automatically when they arrive.

Subject, sender, time, and snippet are sent to Chato so reservations, alerts, and customer messages sit alongside your WhatsApp conversations — one inbox for the messages that matter.

Privacy

Your content is never exposed to AI

We do not send your emails, notes, calendar events, or meeting content to any AI agent, LLM platform, or third-party training pipeline.

There are no AI summarisation bots reading your inbox, no “smart compose” models trained on your data, and no background analysis sold as a feature. What you write stays between you and the people you choose to share it with.

Host and join video calls directly from Deepbluework. Meetings run in a dedicated secure environment with room links you control.

Share a meeting link with your team or guests, use camera and microphone with browser-based access, and keep collaboration inside the same platform as your email and calendar — without routing conversation content through consumer social networks.

Calendar that fits your workday

Manage schedules alongside email: create and edit events, set reminders, invite attendees, and view your agenda by day, week, or month.

Calendar notifications keep you on time, and events link naturally to meetings when you need to move from a scheduled block to a live call.
